Your Day to Day:

• Provide administrative support for the CEO of Westinghouse Electric Company.
• Provide effective and high quality support in: scheduling complex meetings, managing Outlook calendars, booking complex travels, producing and submitting expenses reports, preparing PowerPoint presentations, preparing draft of correspondence, maintaining records, perform meeting minutes if required, preparing relevant reports / summaries upon Executives request, ensure smooth documentation workflow, ensure accurate information workflow etc.;
• Act as first point of contact to Westinghouse Office. Provide logistical support for all meetings, conferences and workshops.
• Provide office administration support in: meeting and greeting guests, signing guest into visitors book, grant access to visitors badges, booking conference rooms, preparing conference rooms for meetings (ordering refreshments, checking av equipment etc.), organizing events, booking taxis, hotels etc.;
• Communicate effectively and professionally to relevant personnel via oral, written and visual media using the necessary equipment as required.
• Ensure processes are performed according to Westinghouse polices and standards.
• Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Focus on details.
• Proactive and capable to work independently.
• Act as key point of contact for all facility related escalations to ensure quick resolution of any complaints.
• Liaise with facility management vendors including cleaning, security services, catering.
• Proactively resolve queries in cooperation with other departments.

Who You Are:

• Associate’s Degree (or equivalent with years of experience) Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 4 years of experience preferred.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Apply proficient knowledge of policies and procedures of assigned department(s) and Westinghouse.
• Ability to work individually, resolve issues on your own, but also work part of wider team to effectively collaborate and share ideas and knowledge.
