Executive Chef - Casino is responsible for all of the operations of the kitchens. Creates and updates menus to maximize profits and minimize loss. Being an Executive Chef - Casino tests and develops recipes. Monitors customer satisfaction. Additionally, Executive Chef - Casino maintains inventory of kitchen supplies and food. Ensures that food and facilities meet all governmental regulations. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a top management. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Executive Chefs complete a variety of creative, organizational and leadership tasks to ensure a kitchen runs optimally and patrons’ meals are satisfactory. Responsibilities include:

Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Professional appearance and attitude. Must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Leadership skills are a must.
