We are currently seeking an Executive Chef with a progressive culinary background to work collaboratively as part of our management team. You are hard working and dedicated to perfecting your craft. You have exemplary people skills, the desire to both teach and learn, and the ability to lift the team up to their highest potential. You are curious and fearless when it comes to creative development. You should excel at completing work you can be proud of in a timely manner, while being respectful of others’ time, space, energy, lifestyle, hygiene and humanity.

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Leadership qualities including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach a large, diverse team
• 3 years of kitchen leadership experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in high-volume, well-rated restaurants
• Ability to support the line during service while managing the transition from prep to service
• Thoughtful, ehtical and sustainable approach to sourcing, preparation and execution of dishes
• Strong financial acumen as it pertains to food costs and budgeting
• The ability to leave their ego at the door and thoughtfully collaborate with both Executive team members and hourly staff whom you will manage.
• Have a strong desire to learn and grow with a supportive and ambitious restaurant family.

This position requires a certain level of physical activity. Applicants should be able to stand/walk for 9 hours, safely maneuver around restaurant equipment, and lift and carry moderate sized and/or heavy objects.
