Responsibilities

• Management, leadership and direction of culinary and stewarding staff while actively working ala carte production stations.
• Coordinates the purchase of all food items and is paramount in menu development.  Responsibilities include training and motivating the kitchen, develop and coordinate all culinary activities.
• Manage and maintain AAA Four-=Diamond & Hilton luxury brand standards.
• Provide a hands-on management presence to cultivate teamwork.
• Create an environment that fosters staff development through hands-on culinary innovation.
• Stay on task and aligned with Madison Beach Hotel’s culinary vision and growth plan as we move into the luxury market.
