Chef
The Chef serves as the lead BOH supervisor, and they are responsible for the training of all kitchen team members in accordance with Pacific Catch’s policies. Ensuring strict adherence to ingredients and food quality standards and the efficient operation of the kitchen. The Chef is responsible for the overall management of the kitchen team, the line, and maintaining maximum guest satisfaction. The Chef will manage BOH labor and food cost for their location. Chefs are detail-oriented culinary specialists who ensure the highest quality food is delivered to each guest, every day.
