is currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 for Central State University, located in Wilberforce, OH (35 minutes from Springfield and Dayton)
Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Chef will be responsible for the culinary direction of residential dining, catering and a satellite campus. Dining services on campus offer resident dining, a WOW Cafe, SubConnection, and a Grocery Store.

Manage the daily food production including production planning and controls

Position Summary
Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - associate degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
