Ensures that food and facilities meet all governmental regulations. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a top management. We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead culinary execution at our Bend Public House! As Executive Chef you will lead and develop our kitchen team, overseeing the daily culinary operations and directing menu planning and development. In this role it is critical to possess a strong knowledge of culinary techniques, various cuisines, and cooking styles, as well as a solid understanding of labor and food costs to achieve financial and profitability goals. Creating efficiencies and ensuring consistency in the kitchen is key, as is having the skills to mentor and teach your team. We are looking for someone who will inspire the team through a creative, innovative, and collaborative approach, with a commitment to quality and guest experience.
This role will operate out of our Public House in Bend, Oregon and candidates will need to live in the Central Oregon area.
