Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the client's preferences, dietary restrictions, and nutritional needs
- Plan menus and create meal plans based on client requirements
- Manage food inventory and ensure all necessary ingredients are stocked
- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized menus for special occasions or events
- Stay updated on current culinary trends and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or requests
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food handling, food management, and kitchen management
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or dietary department is a plus
