Administers the organization's compensation programs, which may include wage or salary plans, incentive or commission plans. Conducts analysis and interpretation related to the organization’s compensation programs.
Essential Responsibilities & Expectations
• Evaluates the organizations jobs, documenting/creating responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions.
• Responsible for collaboration with hiring managers and executive team on job offers and offer letters.
• Analyze data and relevant market trends, develop salary structures and market pricing recommendations.
• Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay grades.
• Participates in preparation and administration of annual compensation process, including incentive, and merit increase process.
• Responsible for compensation survey software, monitor for discrepancies and updates needed to align with market changes.
• Participates in Performance Review process and strategy annually
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience
Experience
• One to three years of experience as a compensation analyst required.
Skills and Competencies
• Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
