    Job Summary
    The Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This includes conducting market research, analyzing internal data, and making recommendations to ensure that the organization's compensation structure is competitive, fair, and aligned with business goals.     Key Responsibilities
    Compensation Analysis:
    • Conduct salary surveys and market research to analyze industry trends and benchmark the organization's compensation and benefits against competitors.
    • Analyze internal salary data, job descriptions, and employee classifications to ensure equity and consistency.
    Job Evaluation:
    • Evaluate and assess job roles to determine appropriate job classifications and salary levels.
    • Maintain job descriptions and ensure they accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each position.
    Compensation Planning:
    • Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
    • Work closely with HR and management to create and update salary structures and pay scales.
    Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to develop and manage the compensation budget.
    • Provide input on salary budgeting and forecasting based on market trends and internal needs.
    Data Analysis:
    • Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
    • Utilize data analytics tools to identify patterns and insights related to compensation.
    Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
    • Stay informed about changes in legislation and industry best practices.
    Communication and Education:
    • Communicate compensation policies and programs to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide training and guidance to HR and management on compensation-related matters.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
    • Knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
    • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.(Preferred)
    • Experience with compensation software and HRIS. (Preferred)
