    Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Trilogy Health Services is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join its Home Office team. This role is a flexible, hybrid position and reports to Vice President of Total Rewards and Compensation.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    A Compensation Analyst partners with the Compensation Manager, Employee Services and operational leaders in the development and/or administration of the employee compensation programs for the Company to attract, retain and motivate employees.  Other key responsibilities will include:

    • Analyzes compensation policies in relation to government wage and hour regulations and recommends changes as appropriate.
    • Collaborates with the compensation manager/consultants on a variety of projects
    • Administers the quarterly wage investment process including the distribution of workbooks, communications, data validation, and processing of pay increases.
    • Supports the management of organizational pay practices and makes recommendations to ensure equity.
    • Assists new and existing campuses with establishing pay range and position compensation information.
    • Ensures position, title, and compensation information are consistently administered and maintained incompliance with company policies and government regulations.
    • Provides specialized guidance regarding the compensation program ensuring its competitiveness and strategy.
    • Regularly participates in market data surveys and analyzes survey results to ensure organizational competitiveness.
    • Partners with Employees Services to ensure the accuracy of position job descriptions within the organization and conducts job analysis when necessary.
    • Supports the compensation management element of the company’s HRIS program including data management, user support, trouble shooting, testing and system updates.
    • Recommends process/system improvements, innovative solutions and policy changes from established policies.
    • Implements processes to ensure data integrity controls are in place and manages ongoing processes to ensure compensation data dependencies are managed effectively.
    • Provides support with identified projects and execution according to project schedule.
    • Assists with and supports department and company goals and objectives.
    • Conserves resources by adhering to financial stewardship using prudent judgment related to expense(s)incurred by the Company.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field is required.
    • PHR or CCP preferred.
    • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in compensation administration. Healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred.
    • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
    • Understanding of HR processes and data.
    • Working knowledge of systems, reporting functions, and performing data analysis.
    • Experience with ADP systems preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills: including graphically, numerically, verbally, and in written form.

    Physical Requirements

                  Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
