```Job Overview```
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our organization. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our non-profit organization and driving strategic initiatives to ensure the success and growth of the organization.
```Duties```
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of over 150 staff, providing guidance and support
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and innovation
- Communicates effectively with the Board of Directors and provides all information necessary for the Board to function properly and make informed decisions
- Serves as the primary spokesperson for the agency and manages relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, partners, and community leaders
- Assures the employment and administrative policies and procedures are adhered to by all Agency programs
- Monitor financial performance and budgets to ensure financial sustainability
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
-Ensures compliance with all current federal, state or local funding source regulations and reporting requirements
-Reviews, negotiates and manages Board approved contracts for services
- In state and out of state travel may be necessary and/or required
