- Conduct salary surveys and market research to analyze industry trends and benchmark the organization's compensation and benefits against competitors.
- Analyze internal salary data, job descriptions, and employee classifications to ensure equity and consistency.
Job Evaluation:- Evaluate and assess job roles to determine appropriate job classifications and salary levels.
- Maintain job descriptions and ensure they accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each position.
Compensation Planning:- Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with HR and management to create and update salary structures and pay scales.
Budgeting and Forecasting:- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to develop and manage the compensation budget.
- Provide input on salary budgeting and forecasting based on market trends and internal needs.
Data Analysis:- Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify patterns and insights related to compensation.
Compliance:- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation and industry best practices.
Communication and Education:- Communicate compensation policies and programs to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to HR and management on compensation-related matters.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
- Knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.(Preferred)
- Experience with compensation software and HRIS. (Preferred)
