We are looking for a RN or LVN MDS coordinator to round out the team. This skilled nursing facility is 55 beds. We will be flexible if you are commuting far, perhaps a couple of remote days.

MDS coordinator:

• Current Washington LVN or RN licensing is a must.
• RAC-CT certification a plus
• 2 years previous MDS experience in a SNF
• MDS Experience in Short-term rehab setting a plus
• Team player with leadership skills / strong communication
