Purpose
Coordinates, tracks, and corresponds on all Compensation Team requests, including direct inquiries, HRIS workflows, and compensation review requests. Enhances department efficiency and improves current practices. Supports the administration of pay structures, policies, programs and practices. Assists with a variety of analytical-based tasks to ensure the compensation practices, strategies, programs, and policies/procedures are in alignment with the Company compensation philosophy.
