Job description
D & L Supply is looking for an individual who enjoys sifting and sorting through data to establish trends and anomalies to report back to the executive level management team, to assist in making better business decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Sift through data and create reporting.
· Create presentations and reporting for the President.
· Will be responsible for booking travel for the President.
· Helping to put together presentations and reports for board meetings, including editing and proofreading.
· Some travel will be required.
Necessary Skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite in Word and Excel is a must. PowerPoint is a plus.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to see a project through to completion.
· Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner, receive information from, and convey information to others both verbal and written.
· Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Ability to appropriately use, protect, and preserve the confidentiality of information.
