Responsibilities
· Continuous Process Improvement: Focused on enhancing laboratory processes from pre-analytical to post-analytical stages.
· Project Management
· Capacity Planning: capacity and redundancy planning to optimize resource utilization in the laboratory.
· Team Leadership: Managed teams within the department and provided regular updates to senior management teams
· Analytical Method Development: Developed and validated new analytical methods for detecting drugs in urine and blood using LC/MS/MS
· Documentation and Training: Standard operating procedures (SOPs), training documents, and job aids for newly developed assays before their deployment to production.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in a scientific field.
· Must have supervisory experience
· Has over 5 years of preferred laboratory experience.
· Demonstrates expertise with LC-MS technology for 3 years.
· Brings 5 years of specific experience in toxicology.
