Executive Compensation Manager is responsible for the analysis and administration of executive compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans. Provide consultation on executive compensation matters to senior executives and human resources. Being an Executive Compensation Manager oversees the preparation of compensation data for proxy disclosure and compensation committee meetings. Assists executive directly or engages/manages outside consultants with tax matters related to compensation. Additionally, Executive Compensation Manager directs the salary survey process and evaluates market data for executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. May require Certified Compensation Professional. The Executive Compensation Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     POSITION SUMMARY: The Office Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the ED, Board of Directors, and leadership and managing the Link Associates clerical/reception operations. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. 
     
    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    ·       Work with the ED to develop and include department staff in a shared vision for the future of the organization, build understanding of the current mission and develop appropriate goals and strategies to advance that mission.
    ·       Work with the ED to develop operational objectives to support the strategic plan and lead area staff in the implementation of the strategic and annual plans.
    ·       Interpret policies and procedures to area personnel and develop and propose areas for change and implementation upon ED and Board approval.
    ·       Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the ED’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: 
    ·       Assisting with special projects
    ·       Designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations
    ·       Collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties
    ·       Composing and preparing correspondence
    ·       Maintaining contact lists
    ·       Making travel arrangements
    ·       Plan and organize conferences, retreats, and events for the ED. 
    ·       Assist the ED in maintaining his/her calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinates travel arrangements.  
    ·       Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. 
     
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    ·       Associate’s degree in business administration, office management or related field preferred with a minimum of five (5) year’s successful experience that demonstrates the application or possession of the required knowledge and abilities.  Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.  Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in the workplace.  Exceptions must receive prior approval from the ED. 
    ·       Previous supervisory experience preferred.
    ·       Must meet agency policy on transportation and background checks.
    ·       Possess ability to work daily utilizing standard office equipment.
    ·       Proven proficient ability to use independent judgment, analytical/decision-making skills, verbal and written communication skills, human relation skills, team working skills, and organizational skills.
    ·       Position will contain medium physical work consisting of occasional 2-handlifting from floor to waist of up to fifty-(50) pounds and occasional 2-hand push/pull of up to forty (40) pounds of force. This position consists of frequent standing, walking, and reaching.  The position requires frequent forward bending or crouching or stooping. The applicant will need to occasionally climb stairs without the use of railings and occasionally sit.
