Executive Compensation Manager is responsible for the analysis and administration of executive compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans. Provide consultation on executive compensation matters to senior executives and human resources. Being an Executive Compensation Manager oversees the preparation of compensation data for proxy disclosure and compensation committee meetings. Assists executive directly or engages/manages outside consultants with tax matters related to compensation. Additionally, Executive Compensation Manager directs the salary survey process and evaluates market data for executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. May require Certified Compensation Professional. The Executive Compensation Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. The following is a list of responsibilities including but not limited to the performance of the Community Manager
Responsibilities/Skills:
Accountability for all day to day operations of Manufactured Housing community(s) .
Carry out company goals and execute all company policies and procedures.
Manage and ensure that all financial objectives (controllable expenses, occupancy, collections) are met.
Ensure budgeted goals are met each month/quarter.
Work with maintenance on customer service and retention of residents.
Ensure occupancy goals are met and work with your RM to create marketing initiates to drive top line.
Walk your community daily/weekly and inspect for safety issues, homesite violations etc. Ensure work orders are being utilized to handle safety and /maintenance issues. Follow up to issues within 48 hrs.
Hire, train and motivate community staff.
Walk inventory homes daily/weekly to ensure quality work. Work with FM on getting homes readied/reno.
Sign off on all invoices ensuring contractor work 100% complete and that scope matches work performed.
Ensure collection procedures are being followed-co goal of 2% or less met. Collection notices sent timely. .
Requirements
Proficient in computer skills and software
3-5 years’ stable experience in retail, hospitality and/or property management
Results driven and positive with an eye for detail
Must have flexibility to work weekends when required or needed.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Must have good organizational and tasking skills
