Executive Compensation Manager is responsible for the analysis and administration of executive compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans. Provide consultation on executive compensation matters to senior executives and human resources. Being an Executive Compensation Manager oversees the preparation of compensation data for proxy disclosure and compensation committee meetings. Assists executive directly or engages/manages outside consultants with tax matters related to compensation. Additionally, Executive Compensation Manager directs the salary survey process and evaluates market data for executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. May require Certified Compensation Professional. The Executive Compensation Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     The Work:

    • Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP
    • Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
    • Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)
    • Give clients options for designs using prototypes
    • Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies
    • Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
    • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

    Here's What You Need:

    • Minimum of 3 years SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and SuccessFactors Variable Pay experience
    • Experience with at least 1 full-life cycle SuccessFactors Compensation implementation
    • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification
    • Hands on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

    Bonus Points If You Have:

    • You have prior consulting experience
    • You have knowledge of innovative work styles such as Design Thinking or similar methods for driving creative thought
    • You have experience as part of a thriving virtual team
    • You have design and implementation experience with HR ERP (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, SuccessFactors etc.)

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

    California: $67,900 to $169,800

    Colorado: $67,900 to $146,700

    New York City: $78,600 to $169,800

    New York - Albany: $58,500 to 135,800

    Washington: $72,300 to $156,200
