Executive Compensation Manager is responsible for the analysis and administration of executive compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans. Provide consultation on executive compensation matters to senior executives and human resources. Being an Executive Compensation Manager oversees the preparation of compensation data for proxy disclosure and compensation committee meetings. Assists executive directly or engages/manages outside consultants with tax matters related to compensation. Additionally, Executive Compensation Manager directs the salary survey process and evaluates market data for executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. May require Certified Compensation Professional. The Executive Compensation Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations of our property. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the property, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue through effective leasing and upselling strategies.

    POSITION PROFILE

    Accountable for daily operations of medium to large team that may include a complex site or/and multiple sites. Ensures contract compliance of contracted services including, but not limited to: Copy services, Courier Services, Managed Print services, Hospitality, Imaging and Mail services through SLA results and client feedback. Responsible for selecting and assessing talent, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee retention, staff training & development, succession planning, and conducts performance management that includes employee counseling.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school or GED is required.
    • 5 years of work experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
    • Previous 2 years of managerial work experience strongly preferred.
    • Previous 5 years Customer facing work experience required.
    • Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of technology.
    • Off 360 proficient user

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $20.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
