Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills:

- Proven experience in floor care, industrial cleaning, custodial services, or housekeeping management
- Strong knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
