Executive Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that hotel rooms and facilities are kept in a clean and orderly condition in line with hotel policies and guest satisfaction. Responsible for overseeing and training housekeeping staff. Being an Executive Housekeeper manages housekeeping supplies and equipment. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Executive Housekeeper typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Executive Housekeeper has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. ```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment needed for housekeeping operations
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar role
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and hospitality industry standards
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other departments
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks as needed
- Knowledge of custodial procedures and practices
