Responsible for overseeing and training housekeeping staff. Being an Executive Housekeeper manages housekeeping supplies and equipment. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Executive Housekeeper typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Executive Housekeeper has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. To be an Executive Housekeeper typically requires 3-5 years of related experience, or may have 2 years experience plus an associates degree, or additional training or certification. They must oversee ordering and proper inventory levels of supplies. Ensure guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. Assist other managers in supervising all areas of the hotel in accordance with brand and company standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality. Provide exemplary performance for staff to follow.

Notice:
The hotel business operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Due to this, it may be necessary to move associates from their accustomed shifts to conform to the demands of the hotel and our guests. In addition, this is the hospitality business and a hospitality service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
