    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role, preferably with expertise in croissant lamination and macaron production.
    • Strong ability to teach and communicate baking techniques effectively.
    • Leadership experience in a kitchen setting, with skills in order management and inventory control.
    • Passion for the culinary arts and a drive to create exceptional guest experiences.
    • Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional baking qualifications preferred.
