May require an associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent. Typically reports to an executive chef. The Executive Pastry Chef supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Executive Pastry Chef typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Established in 2021, SoHo Bistro & Lounge is a new restaurant and bar serving the Manchester area. With delicious appetizers, entrees, and drinks, anyone can find something to enjoy here! Our managing partner, Barry Longshaw has been in the restaurant and nightclub business for over 30 years and is skilled at creating an excellent upscale dining experience. At night, we invite local DJs to come and play music.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
You'll typically work Wednesday - Saturday, 7 pm - 12 am with some flexibility in the hours.
