The Executive Pastry Chef supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes.     Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pastry/Bakery preferably with large production volume managing a team of at least 3 members.
    • Full Knowledge of baking ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and baking times.

    Responsibilities

    • Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
    • Demonstrate creative baking techniques such as prepping, melting, measuring, tempering, baking, whipping, icing, layering, juicing, and decorating

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
