Follows all applicable guidelines and regulations for food handling and safety. Additionally, Executive Pastry Chef maintains a clean and orderly workstation and kitchen equipment. May require an associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent. Typically reports to an executive chef. The Executive Pastry Chef supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Executive Pastry Chef typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. They are out on a nice date night, bringing their family for the first time, and coming to experience a grand night of entertainment. Our delectable dinners add to that night of magic and fun. On any given night you are making a delicious dessert that Belle and Beast serve to the guests or a juicy prime rib to our guests singing and dancing to Mamma Mia!

Pay starts at $15 and hour and pay raise after initial 30 day training period.

    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement in culinary techniques and practices.

    Qualifications:
