- Create content for employee-facing and external facing communications, including leadership announcements, video messages, event scripts, presentations, newsletters, and more.
- Own elements of planning large internal and external events, including all-team meetings and team off-sites.
- Be an employee experience advocate, representing and protecting this through all strategies and decision-making.
- Ensure all messaging reinforces our organization’s vision, mission, priorities, and culture.
- Track and report communication effectiveness metrics using quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions and recommendations.
- Continuously evaluate tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality and scalable.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $48,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
