Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and servicing insurance products to new and existing clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, and networking.
• Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments for clients to identify coverage gaps and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Present and explain insurance policies to clients, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual client requirements and budget constraints.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, renew policies, and cross-sell additional products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and underwriting guidelines.

Experience:

• Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Active insurance license in Ohio and Michigan preferred (or willingness to obtain).
