This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top executive talent in key leadership positions within our portfolio companies.


    As the Senior Executive Recruiter, you will work closely with the hiring managers to understand their business objectives, organizational culture, and specific talent requirements. Utilizing your expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates, you will play a crucial role in building strong leadership teams.


    The successful candidate will be able to attract exceptional talent and ensure lasting and successful placements. It is expected this candidate will be a self-starter, able to work autonomously and can collaborate when needed.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively source and place C-suite executives.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-caliber executive talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to thoroughly understand their executive leadership needs, corporate culture, and strategic objectives.
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential candidates, including in-depth interviews, reference checks, and the evaluation of their leadership competencies and cultural fit.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the hiring managers to become a trusted partner in their talent acquisition process.
    • Provide strategic advisory services throughout the search process, ensuring a transparent, ethical, and effective recruitment journey.
    • Stay abreast of best practices in executive search and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment methodologies.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, to identify potential candidates.
    • Present well-qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles that highlight relevant skills, experience, and accomplishments.
    • Provide proactive communications and maintain records of all recruitment process materials, including interview notes, candidate assessments, and role overview documentation, to share with key stakeholders and for future reference.
    • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
    • Define and create job descriptions in collaboration with the hiring managers.
    • Assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process.


    • 10 years of talent acquisition and recruiting experience.
    • Demonstrated success in filling C-suite roles across multiple industries.
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
    • Proven success working within a staffing agency and/or corporate talent environment, with a deep understanding of the dynamics and pressures of client-driven recruitment.
    • Exceptional networking skills and a significant track record in building relationships with executive-level talent.
    • A strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate future leadership needs and trends in executive talent acquisition.
    • A high degree of professionalism and discretion, with the sensitivity to handle confidential information.
    • Experience with ATS and other related recruiting platforms.
    • Deep understanding of personnel recruitment processes
    • Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
