RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruitment for both front of house and back of house roles, understanding the specific skill sets and requirements for each position.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure accurate and engaging job postings across various platforms, maintaining consistency and relevance in all job openings.
• Collaborate with management to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies that support their objectives.
• Engage in community outreach activities, build relationships with local organizations, attend job fairs, and develop partnerships to attract diverse talent pools.
• Organize and execute hiring events, including open houses and recruitment sessions to attract and assess potential candidates efficiently.
• Update and maintain internal HR databases with accurate candidate information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Maintain employee records and work permits as required by relevant regulations or company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an recruiter.
• Proven experience in recruiting, particularly in the hospitality or service industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of Florida labor laws.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
• Resourceful and computer-skilled, with proficiency in HR databases and recruitment tools.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
