Recruiter
General Description:
The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of top talent for our organization including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding employees to the organization in collaboration with hiring managers. The Recruiter will establish strong working relationships with trade schools and related agencies in our markets, attend career fairs and perform other community outreach to elevate our presence as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy and implementation plan aligned with the business strategy and the values and culture of the organization.
· Assess the current workforce capabilities, determine future workforce needs and develop a plan to help close the gap through talent acquisition.
· Develop and deploy talent acquisition and onboarding processes designed to acquire and retain high performance talent.
· Coach and counsel managers and provide the tools to support them in their role in the recruitment process.
· Identify training and education needs, develop and implement plans, programs and processes to meet those needs and consistently monitor the effectiveness of these programs.
· Assess and enhance the current compensation, reward and recognition and benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with the organization’s culture and growth goals.
· Partner with Human Resources Director to ensure all HR policies and programs are compliant with the laws and regulations within each jurisdiction.
Basic Requirements:
· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales, recruiting or staffing; ideally with multi-site responsibility.
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources management/development, business, or related field.
