Being an Executive Recruiter develops employment offers with competitive compensation, benefits, and relocation terms to present to candidates. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Executive Recruiter may require SHRM certification. Typically reports to a manager. The Executive Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. High school graduate or GED equivalent; Three (3) years recruitment experience.
Utilizes a variety of standard office equipment. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to keep information confidential. PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS). Above average presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
