Working at the firm level, this position will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting candidates internally and across a portfolio of companies. As the Executive Recruiter, will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, organizational culture, and specific talent requirements. Utilizing your expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates, you will play a crucial role in building strong teams.
The successful candidate will be able to attract exceptional talent and ensure lasting and successful placements. This individual will manage the life cycle of the recruitment process from candidate screens and interviews with all prospective candidates to developing and maintaining professional relationships with various members and hiring managers. It is expected this candidate will be a self-starter, able to work autonomously and can collaborate when needed.
