About Your Day-to-Day:

• You’ll spend most of your day on the phone interviewing, qualifying candidates, and building relationships
• Provide outstanding customer service as the main point of contact for all your workers’ needs and concerns
• We’re a team environment, so you’ll work cross-functionally with all departments, including payroll, compliance and human resources
• Support and execute the goals of the company effectively and uphold company values

About You:

• A background in recruiting for Industrial or Marine Staffing, sales, retail, customer services, call center
• Goal oriented
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
• Flexible schedule and ready to work typical hours as needed
• Outstanding communicator with excellent time management skills
• Computer proficient with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
