We are currently seeking a Recruiter to partner, develop, and implement innovative talent recruitment strategies and solutions for the organization. You can look forward to working collaboratively in partnership with our leadership team to help optimize business performance. Primary responsibilities will include leading and supporting recruitment strategies across the organization to include developing job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates through job offer, maintaining job boards and social media outlets, participate in networking functions/career fairs, and provided back up support for onboarding process to include new hire orientation.
