Summary: The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and presenting qualified candidates to the hiring managers/ HR Managers for consideration. The individual will work closely with campus leadership to understand immediate and future needs. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for attracting high quality candidates using various sources such as social media, job boards, networking, employee referral and others.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Must have 2 years previous recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. Health Care recruiting experience a plus.
Strong PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, & Outlook.
High energy and upbeat personality.
Ability to work with a wide variety of people.
Demonstrated initiative-self starter, self-motivated.
Excellent organizational skills and multiple task management.
