Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. We are seeking a Referral Response Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the OPO’s organ recovery activities. This role is critical to providing guidance as requested to Hospital Development and Public Relations/Education departments, assuming Administrator on call duties to guide staff through the various aspects of the organ donation process and ensuring that quality recovery practices are employed and that policies, procedures and local protocols are adhered to. Extensive on-call duties are required. Prior experience with organ donor management is required! This is a great opportunity to serve as a lifeline to those on the transplant waiting list!
