Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Mitigation Project Manager

  • Essential Functions:

    • Coordinates and supervises work on emergency water, smoke, and fire damage calls to assess damage to property and provide assistance including but not limited to removal of all affected building materials
    • Coordinates and supervises work including demolition and clean up
    • Oversee the setup of fans & dehumidifiers and other equipment to mitigate the loss
    • Supervises the field technician in emergency services duties
    • Loads/unloads supplies/equipment into and from vehicles, cleans and returns materials and equipment to proper storage areas
    • Drives and operates a company vehicle equipped with cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies to the work site
    • Perform emergency extraction of water from various surfaces with truck-mounted or portable equipment
    • Performs basic demo tasks—cutting drywall, removing baseboards, and various flooring material sprays fungicides and other materials
    • Provides exceptional customer service, treats property and contents with respect and care, and brings any issues or customer concerns to the job leader
    • Communicate effectively with clients and management
    • Supervise and evaluate employees
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficient knowledge of web-based software platforms
    • Utilize phone or tablet to upload documentation of loss with photographs and written description
    • Microsoft Excel and Outlook are a plus, but not required

     

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Two or more years in a leadership role
    • Two or more years of restoration industry experience
    • Must be able to pass a drug test, and background check,  and have a valid driver's license
    • Consistently walk, stand, climb, kneel, lift, and carry 50lbs or more on a daily basis
    • IICRC Certifications Preferred
