Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. The National Talent Development Manager will lead the Talent Management/Succession Planning and Performance Management projects. The National Talent Development Manager will be responsible for system and implementation designing online, face-to-face, blended, and on-demand system training. They will also oversee professional development and cultural connection programs. This role also drives cross-functional collaboration to support large-scale organizational change management efforts and organizational development activities.
