Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.     JOB TITLE:       Risk Response Manager or Commercial Risk Response Manager Department:   Commercial Sales and Account Management
    JOB PURPOSE:
    To carry out account development and relationship management activities to maximize emergency, disaster, cleaning, and other specified restoration jobs to existing and new commercial customers, in accordance with agreed-upon written business, commercial sales, marketing plans.
    Create a culture of customer service and innovation within the commercial sales team through the implementation and use of the CRUSA Commercial APP’s/Software for both the customer and our team. Risk Response Managers will be responsible for selling and servicing the Commercial Customer Program
    and our company as the customer’s Emergency-Disaster Partner. The customer base will be marketing contacts and existing customers in specific business verticals and their commercial-type properties.
    The solutions proposed and implemented will encompass cross-platform marketing, research, face-to- face meetings and events, custom-developed content, lead generation, and technology solutions.
    REPORTING TO:          Owner and/or Director of Sales as well as the CRUSA Sales Management Team WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:  External Customers Existing and New
    Sales team
    Operations team
    Advertising/ Marketing contacts
    MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    •          Build emergency/disaster sales pipeline with commercial sales targets across the key account portfolio
    •          Identify commercial customer needs and review their requirements to sell tailored marketing solutions
    •          Construct and present tailored presentations/proposals to customers based on their goals and objectives (needs)
    •          Provide excellent customer service consisting of scheduled, planned regular meetings (4, 6, 12 weeks), face to face, pre-event “Meetings with purpose,” and reporting
    •          Manage existing accounts as your top priority and, with additional time, expand the commercial customer base by setting up meetings and presentations with commercial property decision-makers
    •          Develop and manage a Referral Network as directed in the training
    •          Be involved and committed with specific business organizations as directed by the CRUSA team and your Director of Commercial Sales
    •          Be committed and active weekly with social media (LinkedIn) as directed by CRUSA and your direct report
    •          Achieve quarterly revenue and other goals and targets with the Director of Sales (owner) in line with the Commercial Business and Marketing Plan
    •          Provide accurate in-person and electronic weekly reporting for all goals and objectives
    •          Manage (in real-time) all customer and other reporting requirements daily, weekly, monthly, annually as directed
    • Work with the Director of Sales and CRUSA Team and be responsible for developing, design and manage marketing campaigns, including email, online, in-person, interactive media, and other tactics
    •          Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Commercial Market and competitive environment
    •          Liaise with Commercial Sales Team, CRUSA Peer-to-Peer members to grow NEW commercial business opportunities
    •          When required or requested, manage some inbound sales requests to grow commercial job opportunities
    •          Report on closed sales and work on repeat business opportunities
    •          Any such duties as may be required consistent with the job holder’s knowledge skills and abilities
    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
    •          Satisfactory completion of the CRUSA Commercial Sales Training Program and completion of all commercial sales tasks assigned
    •          Performance against weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual targets goals and objectives
    •          The volume of “quality” scheduled meetings, call report notes, proposals, presentations, Commercial Jobs, and Revenue
    •          Size and quality of key Account Management Pipeline
    •          Key account customer verbal and written feedback
    •          Relationships with direct commercial customers and other key commercial referral contacts
    •          Relationships with operations, management, and other company divisions
    •          Involvement and results with specific business organizations
    •          Commitment and usage of Social Media (LinkedIn)
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
    •          Experienced in commercial sales, or business-related equivalent experience
    •          Proven successful commercial sales and account management experience
    •          Commercial Sales/marketing/account management training
    •          Strong skill base in the use of cloud-based software and APP’s
    •          Understanding and using technology daily
