We’re now seeking a Preparedness Solutions Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 36.3 hours per week.

The Role
As a Preparedness Solutions Manager, you will support our Preparedness and Membership growth and retention strategy across the Americas.
Reporting to the Engagement Director, you will develop, manage and deliver membership and supplementary services sales to drive our growth and deliver budgeted income.
You will be accountable for the quality, commercial viability, contractual integrity and technical applicability of all proposals and bids submitted.
Additionally, you will:
- Contribute to setting our strategic direction
- Ensure account managers are appointed to member accounts
- Create a high-performing function through inspirational leadership
- Lead the preparation and delivery of sales and retention
- Maintain quality and legislative requirements
About You
To be considered as a Preparedness Solutions Manager, you will need:
- Experience of managing a sales team
- Experience in international business, preferably within the Oil and Gas sector
- Experience of negotiations
- Experience of sales leads and pipeline management
- Commercial and/or contractual experience
- Account management experience
- An understanding of international markets and the provision of technical services in a b2b setting
