Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Objective
The Account Executive is the Rocket Clicks ambassador to the communities they serve and client service leaders internally. This is an outside sales role and thus, looking for an individual that is passionate about creating and maintaining new relationships on a daily basis. By adding value to each interaction externally and internally, this individual will become a center of influence in the communities they engage in. Their efforts to solve problems earnestly and with a “Go-Giver” mentality will earn the trust of both clients and partners. This trust will generate opportunities to engage Rocket Clicks services. This role supports the fulfillment of those engagements and protects client interests throughout the engagement.
