Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     The Project Manager, II will be responsible for running projects that deploy hardware and configurations to multiple sites. The individual will be required to engage and work with global teams and partners, across a large distributed and matrixed organization. The Senior Project manager will exhibit leadership qualities and be accountable for the successful execution of projects in region, to schedule, budget and quality. They should be able to demonstrate strong presentation and public speaking skills e.g. chairing internal and external meetings.

    PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE:

    • Experience leading, managing, IT infrastructure and technology components of our customers
    • Comprehensive understanding of project management practices and methodologies across technologies and industries
    • Strong emphasis on the importance of stakeholder management and engagement, and the importance of excellence in communication in this function.
    • Extensive experience in managing and reporting financials across multiple projects.
    • Able to effectively communicate at executive level

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
    • Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
    • Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
    • Manage project resources, including staff, contractors, and vendors.
    • Ensure that project team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
    • Foster a positive team environment and promote teamwork.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field
    • PMP certification is a plus
    • Minimum 5 years of IT or Network Project Management experience
    • Experience in a professional services environment
    • Familiarity with managing key project financial components (cost and revenue) to ensure projects are delivered within budget
    • Experience in managing projects with over 100 sites spanning world
    • Expertise a creating and managing a detailed project plan including variances, baselines, predecessors/successors, and critical path.
    • Experience managing risks and issues, working with owners to drive mitigation or resolution, escalating when necessary.
    • Experience with 3rd party partner lead deployments, as the project manager.
    • Able to manage multiple projects at once with varied infrastructure technologies.
    • Able to proactively drive projects to successful conclusions balancing scope, time, and resources.
    • Excellent internal and customer facing written and verbal communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Comfortable with difficult conversations and conflict management
    • Role model/mentor for Project Coordinators and Managers
    • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones as needed.
    • 0-15% Travel required.
