• Client communications, managing the project from start to finish
• Creative ideation and strategic insights
• Experience with direct response marketing, including direct mail, digital, DRTV
• Own timelines and budgets for each project and keep team, clients updates on status
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to meet project goals
• Manage processes, obtaining print quotes and developing plans that align with client goals

• 3 years of advertising or marketing agency experience required
• Be able to come on-site 5 days/week
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, controlling retention and new business
• Experience in marketing and direct response advertising strategy
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
