Location: Wallingford, CT

Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing

· Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow

· Coordinate office activities and events

· Oversee inventory management and ordering of office supplies

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed

· Maintain office policies and procedures

· Assist with HR-related tasks, such as payroll and benefits administration

· Collaborate with department managers to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:

· Proven experience as an office manager or similar role

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Automotive industry experience is a plus
