Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure company policy and Brand Quality Standards are followed.
    • Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.
    • Training and developing new hourly team members.
    • Increasing sales by ensuring responsible and efficient operations
    • Maintain an overall management style in accordance with our established best practices.
    • Provide leadership and direction to all team leaders and team members to ensure efficient operation.
    • Ensure food quality and customer service standards
    • Achieve and Maintain Required Certifications
    • Administrative activities
    • Inventory Management
    • Complete all tasks assigned by General Manager on time.
    • Must be 18 years of age, with a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
    • Has strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
    • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Must have ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions
    • Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
    • Passion for the business and compassion for people
    • Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members.
    • Flexibility
    • Must be able to create fun in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
    • Typically works under general supervision and reports to a GM.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience; Associate’s degree preferred
    • 1 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
    • Driving is essential for this position so a valid driver’s license with liability insurance, a good driving record and a satisfactory background check is required
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to motivate a team
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills
    • Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operating systems, budgetary concepts and procedures, performance review process and more
    • Food Handlers Certification
    • Food Safety Certification (requirement may vary based on city, county or state)

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Must be able to stand during entire shift
    • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push on occasion
    • Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)
    • Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items
    • Frequent washing of hands
    • Must be able to use computers, telephones, and office equipment
