The Executive Meeting Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the Full Service hotel and the coordination of meeting conferences and special projects. Coordination of BEOs, resumes, etc. will be for small groups under 20. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Executive Meeting Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals. The focus of sales the associate is assigned to ( Local Corporate Groups, and SMERF Market). Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.Job Requirements
