Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Minimum Education Level

WORKING CONDITIONS
Job Conditions: Although normal working hours are typical, this position also has the potential to be called upon to work after hours or on weekends. In the event of a County or Public Health Emergency, the employee may be called upon to assist other counties or agencies, including temporary out of county assignments. Lifting, transporting, and setting up audio-visual equipment may be required. Lifting and transporting educational materials and setting up facilities for workshops, meetings, seminar presentations and training events is required.
Work Location: Lincoln County
Travel: Regular travel to meetings, conferences, presentations, assessments, and communications sites both within and outside of Lincoln County.
